BizPrep International isn’t run by career academics who have only read about business in textbooks. Our entire ecosystem was designed from the unique, dual-perspective of our founder, Chris Motiu—a seasoned corporate executive, university business instructor, and active entrepreneur.

Chris has spent over three decades standing exactly where our consulting clients stand. He knows the heavy responsibility of signing the front of a payroll check, the daily friction of scaling operations, and the high-stakes reality of cash-flow management. His corporate career spans decades of leading strategic market expansions and managing complex digital systems for large-scale organizations, alongside building, running, and successfully liquidating his own independent ventures from the ground up.

As a former university-level business instructor, Chris has spent years in the classroom teaching foundational core disciplines, including Management, Financial Analysis, Organizational Behaviour, and Entrepreneurship. He knows exactly what professors look for, how elite business schools grade, and where young people struggle the most when transitioning into university.

This deep instructional expertise is what led him to build BizPrep Academy. He witnessed firsthand how brilliant international youth struggle and fail not because they lack intelligence, but because high school English does not prepare them for the aggressive language of the boardroom.
